An empowered journey to parenthood

A six-week yoga series designed for expecting mothers at any stage of pregnancy, offering movement, mindfulness, and community as you prepare for birth and beyond. Pregnancy is a time of profound transformation—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This series is more than just yoga; it’s a space to nurture yourself, connect with your baby, and build confidence in your body’s innate wisdom as you approach labour and birth.
Each class integrates gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to support your changing body and ease common pregnancy discomforts. We also dive into essential topics like self-care, intuitive birthing, and postpartum recovery, ensuring you feel prepared not just for birth, but for the incredible journey of motherhood.
Partner Night! One special session is dedicated to childbirth preparation with partners, where we laugh, connect, and practice hands-on comfort measures for labour and delivery. As a birth doula, I love creating a fun, engaging atmosphere where both you and your support person feel empowered and informed.
As a birth doula, I love supporting expecting parents and their chosen support person in discovering what works best in their unique partnership. Whether your labour support person is a spouse, a family member, a close friend, or anyone you feel safe and comfortable with, my goal is to help you both feel confident, connected, and prepared. Through hands-on comfort techniques, breathwork, and mindful presence, we explore ways your support person can be an active and reassuring presence during labour and birth. No matter your support system, you deserve to feel empowered and deeply cared for throughout this transformative journey.
