Yoga for Stress Relief is a gentle, deeply nourishing practice that weaves together restorative yoga, breathwork, and meditation to calm the nervous system and ease daily stress.

You’ll be guided into fully supported, comfortable postures using cozy props, allowing your body to soften and your mind to settle. Through conscious relaxation and soothing breath practices, this class helps reduce stress hormones, quiet the fight-or-flight response, and restore a sense of inner steadiness.

This offering supports:
