Step into the quiet magic of the full moon and join me for a deeply nourishing evening of rest, reflection, and renewal.
This intimate gathering will take place in the cozy, supportive space at The Nest Wellness, where you’ll be invited to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll begin with a gentle yin yoga practice, allowing the body to soften and open through long, supported holds. Guided breathwork will be woven throughout to calm the nervous system and invite a sense of inner spaciousness. As you settle more deeply, you’ll be bathed in soothing sound to support rest and energetic release.
From this grounded place, you’ll be guided through a reflective journaling practice, followed by intention setting aligned with the energy of the full moon—a powerful time to release what no longer serves and call in what you’re ready to receive.
We’ll close our evening in quiet connection, leaving you feeling restored, centered, and gently illuminated from within.
