Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga teaches you how to consciously relax and calm the nervous system, thereby quieting the fight or flight response, lowering stress hormones and inducing a restful state supportive of sleep and digestion.

If you are new to restorative yoga, you can expect to be guided into fully supported, relaxed postures using a wide variety of supportive props and cushions. You will be guided in meditation and breath work practice for an enhanced relaxing effect.

This practice has many benefits including:

supporting mental wellbeing (impacts mood and energy)
