Radiance Rising: A snow moon retreat

In the stillness of the Snow Moon, we gather.
A nurturing day of breath, movement, ritual, and rest to support deep inner work.

The Snow Moon marks the deep heart of winter — a time when the world appears quiet and still, yet powerful inner work is happening beneath the surface. Like seeds resting beneath the snow, we too are invited to slow down, go within, and tend to what is quietly transforming inside.

Radiance Rising is a full-day retreat devoted to deep inner reflection, gentle release, and soulful restoration. Rooted in seasonal wisdom, this retreat offers space to soften the nervous system, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with your inner light — not through striving or pushing, but through stillness, presence, and care.

What the Day Will Include

Our day together will unfold gently, allowing time to arrive, settle, and move inward.

  • Opening Circle
    Grounding, connection, and intention setting.

  • Hatha Flow Yoga
    A slow, nourishing practice to warm the body, release tension, and invite ease.

  • Tea, Ritual & Meditation
    A sacred pause for reflection, seasonal ritual, and guided meditation.

  • Elemental Breathwork Journey & Sound Bath
    A deeply restorative experience supported by sound to encourage release.

  • Nourishing Lunch
    Time to rest, nourish, and integrate in a relaxed, supportive setting.

  • Guided Meditation Walk
    A mindful walk to reconnect with nature and inner stillness.

  • Guided Journaling & Meditation
    Space to reflect, integrate, and set gentle intentions to carry forward.

All practices are accessible and offered with options, inviting you to participate in a way that feels supportive for your body and nervous system.

Meet Your Facilitators

Diana Steadman – Registered Yoga Teacher & Doula
Diana weaves breath, movement, and mindful presence into spaces of deep restoration and connection. With extensive yoga and wellness training, she guides participants to release tension, reconnect with their bodies, and nurture inner balance.

Stacey Johnson – Wholistic Nutritionist, Reiki Practitioner & Mindset Coach
Stacey is passionate about supporting the health and well-being of her community through nutrition and nature education, psychospiritual support, inspired movement, and mindful living. With a kind and caring presence, she offers a holistic approach that honours the deep interrelationship between body, mind, and spirit.

Stacey believes that true well-being begins with nourishing the body with foods closest to nature, cultivating regular self-care, and living with awareness. Guided by the understanding that each individual is unique in their needs, she supports people in exploring what truly helps them feel their happiest and healthiest.

Rooted in respect for the wisdom of nature and trust in our own inner compass, Stacey’s work gently reminds us that the answers are already within. With curiosity, compassion, and a sense of play, she invites others to experiment, listen deeply, and discover what best supports their own path.

Falen Reid- Reiki, Sound Bath and Elemental Breathwork Practitioner

Falen combines breathwork, movement, guided meditation, and sound to help participants release tension, awaken clarity, and cultivate inner peace. Dissatisfied with simply masking symptoms, Falen sought to understand root causes and explored a wide range of healing modalities, including yoga, therapy, sound healing, reiki, breathwork, dietary changes, and tarot/oracle readings. Certified in several of these modalities, Falen now dedicates herself to helping others uncover unhealed wounds and move toward greater wholeness.
