WELCOME TO SACRED GRACE
This yoga series is designed to strengthen, stretch and ease discomfort in the body. Combining gentle flow sequences, chair yoga and strength building to foster improved balance, flexibility and mobility. All ages and abilities are welcome. Props will be used to modify poses to suit common discomforts like achy knees, sore wrists and tight hips.
