We’re excited to welcome a new yoga offering designed for all abilities: Back to Balance. This gentle yet strengthening class focuses on core, spine, and pelvic wellness, helping you improve posture, release tension, and support healthy aging.

Whether you’re navigating postpartum recovery, perimenopause, or simply want to feel stronger and more aligned in your body, this class offers accessible hatha postures, mindful movement, and alignment cues so everyone can move with confidence.
